Saadani National Park Map

Local Expert

By the Foot Slopes Tours and Safaris team
Our Arusha-based guides and safari planners know Saadani National Park first-hand, and write this guide from experience on the ground.

Saadani National Park lies on Tanzania’s northern coast, between Dar es Salaam and Tanga. Its eastern edge is the Indian Ocean shoreline, while the Wami River forms part of the southern boundary, where boat safaris explore mangroves and riverbanks. Inland, coastal savanna and woodland support most of the park’s wildlife.
