Safaribookings Terms and Conditions
You can book one of our published itineraries for your safari and trekking/ combo safaris/ Serengeti safari or create your own program by contacting us through our email/ telephone on WhatsApp
Typically, you can spend a week on safari and/or a week on trekking, and then relax on a white sand beach in Zanzibar. However, all combinations are possible, depending on your personal preferences and needs. We can arrange airport transfers, including from/to Nairobi- through shuttle bus, Kilimanjaro airport, Arusha airport & Arusha bus station
Reservations
- A 30% Reservation deposit for your Budget camping tour and safari holidays/trekking will be required for reservation of your holidays which will be sent through our company A/C
- Thereafter, the payment for the remaining balance of 70% and 60% should be delivered to our company on the day of your arrival before your departure date.

- We accept all major credit cards as well as debit cards. An invoice will be sent to you when you are ready to start your SafariBookings process with us. You can pay us through cards (Visa, Master Card, Credit card & America express without any bank surcharges from us which set us far apart from other African Safari Companies.

Cancellation
Prior Tour Departure, For Cancellations Received by Us in Writing Email and the clients, should be observing the terms and conditions:

Policy Changes and travel restrictions
Due to policy Changes and travel restrictions, the deposit non refundable if the booking cancelled, or we advise you to postpone for upcoming travel period.
We advise you to postpone or reschedule your holidays with us instead of cancelling. We will keep holding your booking until you will have time to travel again.
There are no refunds for unused portions of the program, and refunds will not be made to clients who do not complete the tour for any reason, whatsoever amendments made to the itinerary once paid for, may result in additional cost.

- Change of itinerary due to road and weather conditions
- Damages, directly or indirectly, arising out of delays in departure. Or-arrival including delays occasioned by the missing of road, rail, ship, or aircraft connections
- War and other likely calamities which may occur while on the safari
- All of the above and other unexpected situations can arise before or during any type of vacation. Such an event might cause you to cut short your vacation or cause your trip to be canceled altogether. Unfortunately, because of the costs incurred by the tour operator. Any cancellation after booking incurs financial penalties, up to and including loss of the entire package price.
