Rest – Relax -Rejuvinate – Tloma Lodge has been built on the foothills of the highlands of Ngorongoro, a small and exclusive lodge with 24 small cottages built in colonial style and 12 rooms overlooking the garden in the main building. The design of the entire complex looks to create an atmosphere evoking the colonial plantations and farms described in many books and films.

The excellent location of Tloma, situated at the top of a valley, offers fantastic views over a coffee plantation and the walls of the Ngorongoro Crater, which can be enjoyed from the private terraces of the rooms.A Gardens, full of flowers and bushes, are particularly attractive, although guests find it difficult to choose between a walk around the gardens or relaxing by the pool.

Tloma Lodge Location

Air companies fly on schedule and charter basis to and from Arusha to the Manyara Airstrip on a daily basis. Flights take approximately 25 minutes. Its possible to connect with flights to and from Serengeti and Zanzibar.

143 km, aproximately 2 hours and 30 minutes from Arusha. Take A104 up to Makuyuni and then turn right, take B144 to Ngorongoro. Just before Karatu take dirt road , Gibbs Farm Road to the right just before Karatu Car Wash. Drive aproximately 4 kilometers and you willsee a sign on your left. Its an easy two hour scenic drive on a tarmac road.
